By accessing and using the services of Beleanarco English Academy ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Beleanarco English Academy provides English language education services including but not limited to:

  • General English courses
  • IELTS preparation programs
  • Business English training
  • Academic English courses
  • Private tutoring sessions
  • Online learning resources

3. Enrollment and Registration

3.1 Eligibility

Students must be at least 16 years of age to enroll. Students under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

3.2 Registration Process

Registration requires completion of our enrollment form, payment of applicable fees, and compliance with our admission requirements.

3.3 Placement Testing

Students may be required to complete a placement test to determine appropriate course level.

4. Tuition and Fees

4.1 Payment Terms

Tuition and fees must be paid according to the payment schedule agreed upon at enrollment. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and certified checks.

4.2 Late Payments

Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts. Students with outstanding balances may be suspended from classes.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which complies with applicable provincial regulations. Specific terms are provided at enrollment.

5. Attendance and Academic Policies

5.1 Attendance Requirements

Regular attendance is essential for academic success. Students must maintain a minimum attendance rate as specified in their program.

5.2 Academic Progress

Students are expected to maintain satisfactory academic progress. Those failing to meet requirements may be placed on academic probation.

5.3 Conduct Standards

Students must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Disruptive behavior may result in suspension or dismissal.

6. Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for:

  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Completing assignments and assessments
  • Maintaining current contact information
  • Respecting school property and other students
  • Complying with all school policies
  • Maintaining valid immigration status (international students)

7. School Responsibilities

Beleanarco English Academy is committed to:

  • Providing quality English language instruction
  • Maintaining qualified and experienced instructors
  • Offering appropriate learning resources and facilities
  • Supporting student academic and personal development
  • Maintaining confidentiality of student records
  • Complying with all applicable educational regulations

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curricula, and educational content provided by Beleanarco English Academy are proprietary and protected by copyright. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

Student information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. We maintain confidentiality of student records and personal information.

10. International Students

International students must:

  • Maintain valid study permits and comply with visa conditions
  • Notify the school of any changes in immigration status
  • Understand that the school may report attendance and academic progress to government agencies as required

11. Limitation of Liability

Beleanarco English Academy's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

12. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, schedules, or policies with reasonable notice to students. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the enrollment agreement according to the terms specified in the enrollment contract. Reasons for dismissal include but are not limited to academic failure, misconduct, or non-payment of fees.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If necessary, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
